WOW AGAIN!

Well little sister you're really doing well.SOOOOOOOOOOO proud of you! Hope you're camping trip is fun?
I'm working on getting myself focused again, some of my bad habits are reappearing and I must take a hold of myself and remember to stop being negative at times, which always leads to eating.
Paints are ready to help me losen up and focus on what does help me to get back to those happy days.This is how I can best express myself. Words often come out wrong.
I am still so grateful for the last 4 months of so much self soul searching which did help me deal with the task at hand.
I'm missing the input of some of you, hope you'll be back on here soon, especially you Janine the mastermind behind this whole Blogger.Without your initial plan many of us would not be where we are today. I for one do THANK both you and Jessie for getting us started focusing on our health. WE are all better for it for sure!!!!!!
The journey's ongoing and I WILL get back to that good place in my heart a place where anything is possible as long as we have FAITH , LOVE and HOPE.
