The fall is here and the every day walking easier in the cooler weather.Jessy you are fantastic to let everybody know how good the walking is,for body and soul.I remember it so well when I met
my friend Casey,we were walking every night in th e Botanical Garden for hours,up the hill down the
hill,while we were talking.That was leading up to try myself on skiing!!Ha Ha! It was wonderful.We made many more walks and I felt so good with my 62 years.I was also simming almost every day my 4o length in the pool.And than came my dear Dorothey in the building .She needed to walk for her heartcondition,had just stopped smoking.We walked I think for 2 years every morning to the mountain brow,about 2hours.WE both felt so good.Unfortunatly,she started again to smoke and had to have a bypass,she did,n make it.I did my swimming but slowed down .Casey went on long bikerides and played golf.It is good for him.Now I am here and do my walking on the walker a lot.
I also found out,that I eat less when I put my meal on a small plate.I hope I will loose some weight.
I enjoy in the face book all the picture.To bad that we will not see the most of you at Thanksgiving.Jen and Josh are awaiting any day now there little Baby by boy.Thinking
about you dear Jen,the joy is sooo great when you hold him in your armes.
