Pallet Knife Found...

On Mother's Day Janine & I walked the streets of Toronto visiting some of my favorite spots. The Art Gallery, Chinatown, Gwartzman's Art Supply Store on Spadina was still in business. WOW!

I had frequented that store in 1969-70 while I lived in Toronto and took nite school classes at OCA. Those were the days! Many of my acrylic paintings were painted at that time, they all tell a story.

Anyways this year I treated myself to buckets of new acrylic paints and canvasses while Janine and I were there, hoping to somehow be inspired to losen up again in my painting as I was way back then.

In the last 3 months I have created quite a few new abstracts, using my lost pallet knife.
Yesterday 3 new paintings were created, they truly were fun to do. I surely got lost in the moment, letting go of all my inhabitions. Go with the flow so to speak!

Next Friday there's a Paint and Sell Day at the Butterfly Conservatory, perhaps I'll partake, weather permitting.

Far as the eating is concerned I'm getting back on track . Taking MSM is helping with my knee arthritis, matter of fact I seldom have pain anymore in my problem knee.

Hope you are all well and enjoying this fall weather?

Love Birgie
