Loosen up Art

I too am happy for you guys getting new furniture. Mom love to hear your stories, am so glad you're enjoying your new home and staying active.

Yesterday Al & I did and Paint & Sell day at the Butterfly Botanical Gardens. Al set it all up and stayed with me for the day.This had been an ongoing thing all summer, so I finally had my chance to show and sell my art. Did well considering it was all tourists on a Friday, not an advertised event. Sold many Whimsie Brooches, real pressed flower cards, art cards, trivets etc. Met so many lovely people from all over the world even ladies from Schleswig Holstein-Busum, Itsehoa , Bucksruhe and Neustadt, here for a wedding. I catch them when they start to speak german, it's fun. We were wacked out after a long day, early to bed.

Met with the Parkway Artists group today and these type of art days have helped promote the park so hopefully next year we'll do more. I find that art cards of my paintings sell quite nicely at this type of small venue.

Happy the fall is here, we look forward to partaking in Fort Erie at the Niagara Heritage Craft show next Saturday.
