Hey Family

Well the last hours are upon us for vacation time. I'm trying to wrap my head around getting back into the routine of work for me and school for Jenny. In some ways though having this routine is good and I feel I will be able to control the eating stuff better. Being spontaneous and doing holiday stuff is not conducive to my weight loss plan though I could have been worse.

I was able to get Mom into her Facebook and invited family for her. I hope that she will be able to use the application to see pictures and such that you all post.

Anyhow hope you all had a good long weekend and hope to hear from you soon.
