Jogging feels GREAT! (By Jess)
Your welcome for the pictures guys! I have more, but had to upload one at a time and it took forever!
Matt just got in from a busy day, and we went running together. Well, more of a jog a block, power walk a block, jog a block etc. It was super refreshing as it is comfortably cool out now and it was nice to connect in that way too. We plan on jogging together as often as possible - we are striving for everyday, even if it is only 20 mins/day. We also came home, stretched together and did sit ups! YAY! I feel good! The best feeling ever is hacing a good cardiovascular workout and then showering...so now I feel on top of the world. We didn't over due it either which I believe is key because I don't want to be in pain tomorrow...cause that way I wont jog - you know.
Eating today....just kinda nibbled on little things here and there. No major meal except after I woke up at 230pm (was on nights so slept a wee bit today) I had scrambled eggs. Anyhow, how is everyone else doing? Fill us in!
Going to finish watching my movie Flicka - for those of you who have not seen it, it will really touch your heart (and make you think of mom and Sadie probably and the spiritual connection!). Made me cry the first time I rented it so I bought it. ;) Gonna get my tissue ready.
