Hi Everyone... It was nice to see your blogs and thanks for the encouragement.


Jenny and I headed out to Longpoint in the rain on Friday night around 6ish and I was a bit apprehensive as I sort of knew the way but wasn't completely sure. Plus it was raining and dark and I was tired from the week behind. But I made myself "suck it up" lol... and tried to look at it as an adventure.

Anyhow it was an awesome weekend... but we are sore from sleeping on a leaky air mattress and it was cold. But the company, stars, sunset, the beautiful beach, Monarch butterflies migrating and watching Jenny swim in Lake Erie was worth the pain I was feeling today.

I didn't really stick to my diet but I'm getting back to watching again. Seeing Janine and Jessie sticking to their good habits was inspiring and watching Janine do her yoga stretching was awesome. And I gotta say one of the nicest things was also to get to know Matt better. I will never forget the moment came back from the washroom and he had pizza sauce on his face and his great acting ability in pretending he didn't know it was there. I hope Jessie posts the picture cause it made me laugh so hard I nearly pee'd myself!
