Week Four Begins (posted by Janine)

WEIGHT: 133 lbs

This past weekend was tough for me. I was ill all weekend and I still don't feel 100% today. I tried to eat foods that were both healthy and had the ability to bung me up. But I fear I may have gone a little overboard. I had things like eggs and rye bread and cheese and cereal. Today I'm getting back into more fruits and vegetables. Glad to see most of you are on track and doing well.

I posted a team challenge for Team A this week, that I thought you'd all wanna know about, or participate in, if you would like.

Hey Team A,

I was thinking that perhaps if would be inspiring to us all if we had a weekly goal. Something fitness related or food related that we could commit to doing for a week, and each week the goal would change. Who knows what kind of excellent habits we'd actually pick up along the way after a week of committed and solid good behavior. Plus, if we make mistakes and do other things wrong on our path to success, at least we can say that we achieved our weekly challenge goal.

I have a goal for you for this week!

WEEK FOUR CHALLENGE
Your goal this week is each day to eat one full meal of raw fruits or vegetables. You can have fresh fruit or a fruit salad for breakfast, or a salad for lunch or dinner. Just as long as it's all wholesome, uncooked fruits and vegetables. Commit to just one meal a day, for 7 days starting today. Give it a shot, and see if you notice results in a week from now.

*I would also like for you, at some point today or this week, to sit down and make a list of everything you really like about yourself. All of the qualities that you feel you have to offer to the world. Everything that you project to the world that you feel at peace with inside of yourself. It's not hokey. It's good business. Post your list on the blog, if you like.

love,
neenie
