Maybe I am late to wish Jessy and Matt a great weekend up north.It was so nice to see you here in my schengela.I learned more about my Computer,thanks you two.
Reading with great interest all the letters.Janine and Jessy's Food sugestion are good.I ate a lot raw stuff with nuts almonds and fruit too,even so it has ben always my diet.What is importend for all is ,to get moving,that did the trick I think when I was walking in earlier years.30 min.Walking or exercise every day is so importend.Angie and Jenny your choice of food was exelent.we have now an abundens of food to chuse from,dont you think?I laugtht at the funny pictures Angie and Jessy were sending.Birgit and Al you will have a great time tomorrow,it is so good to get away.
I am going tomorrow Friday for two days to Hamilton.THe choir has a picnic.looking forward to that.
