Hallo!All my famely bloggers.Tried again yesterday with a long letter to send my
message to you by th blogger.
But---they wold,n mail it.now I go over Angie and she will send it.Okay.
First of all,to you my dear Birgit,my thougths are with you.Of course I dont
like to see you going to that big
operation.But I know you are strong.you have already master so many things.You
will feel better after a while.
you have a loving famely and so many friends ,who will help you through it
all.And you have your good Al rigth beside
you,that is a blessing!All my love. You herd already about our visit with Barb
and Betty Eccles.It was so much fun.I
enjoied the shatter of the 2 girls!!Betty and I could easy pick up,where we were
2o years ago.It was food for the sole.
Now I am coming to my Weigthcontrol!!HA HA !!For me is mostly the walking I have
to keep up.THe weigth I put on,when
Istoped walking with my friend Dorothy every morning for 2 hours.She past away
suddently.Still I went for the exercise
in the pool.After I ones swamm 4o length in the pool it came at the end to 1o
length.I was often lonely.The only good
time I had with my friends in the
choir and could sing.maby I ate the wrong food.Here at the Heidehof I found my
inner Peace again.My door out to my Poch
with the Green around and all my flowers,is so good
I have a very nice neigthbour and met nice poeple to talk to or playing rummy
cub,eucher or bingo. I also like my
privasy,doing knitting or embrdering or reading a good book.my diet is
simple.mornings Barly Green in Orange juice
oatmeal cooked in water with milk walnuts almonds flaxseed an half a banane and
cup of coffee with milk.until noon I
dont eat anything.for lunch I have a piece of reybread with
tomatos(the canadiens are so good rigth now)eggsalad with a little
mayonaise,same with tunafishor salmon,salad
leaves cottagecheese.I cut down on cheese very much,and it works too.A cup of
coffee,fruit any kind or yoghurt,the less
sugar on,my dear Jessy!For supper I like 1patato,boiled with skin on,sometimes
fried with an egg crambled,meat like
chickenbreast,my own hamburger with lean meat.lots of salad(Alma my neigthbour
brings me now
frech from her friends garden with frech chives and dill
its great and reminds me of my Dads garden.we grow up with all those goodies.A
cake or a cookie I would eat,when there
is something spacial going on here in Heidehof,or when I am out on a visit.Maybe
I was,ent spoiled with any gormay
food,or never got used to eat chips and ect.
It sounds bord what I eat but I dont miss anything.Sure
it is a treat when I go over to Birg and Al for dinner,or we have ones in a
while a dinnerouting with Heidehof.Or I have
a chance to go to Denningers for Wurst AND Fleischsalad and I treat myself
toThere Wieners or bratwurst or
leberwurst.Maby three times a year.I eat every day 3 figs too.A n d sometimes I
like to be good to myself and bring home
a chocolatebar or licrish.If I am realy hungry fo something I eat a pear or an
apple und have also celery and carrots
ind frich ready to eat.
The world out there is so different for you all,when I think of my life.You eat
o lot out,wich I eldom did.Good luck to
