Neenie's yucky guts. (posted by Janine)

Hey Lorna et all,

I feel your pain! After all of that raw veganism, I seem to have slipped a bit aswell. Stuck around 134 and 135. It's really bothersome, as I can even see the weight piling back on and I've only stopped eating 100% raw for a week. Yesterday I ate raw for the day and then the ESL School next door had a bake sale and brought in all these goodies. I had a bit of banana cake. And after I spent a lame 30 minutes at the gym and walked my lazy butt home I was craving cooked food so I made Tikka Masala Tofu with basmati rice. I made enough for two portions, and I ate one. It was so delicious and I was still "hungry" so I ate the second portion. From what I can guess, probably about 600-800 calories for that meal alone. What is my problem?

So my guts are wrenching again this morning, due to the cooked food I ate. My body is angry at me. Tonight my work is having a "prom" themed event. 500 people at a swank place with free gourmet fare and open bar. If I were smart I'd stay home. But it's gonna be way too much for to shimmy in my old grad dress.

This weekend is an entirely other story. I'm going to do all of the right things.
