Hi All,
Well, so far have either worked out with my trainer or have gone to the gym to do cardio on the treadmill every day since last Sunday. I am on a roll! And, bonus, I've been meeting more andmore people from my condo in the gym = more support.
I am also keeping an e-mail daily food diary, and sending it to my trainer. I still get these down periods during the day when I have been too busy seeing clients or driving, and I don't get enough balance/protein in, and then I just crave and eat poorly. The hot water and heat wilted food in the car does not help either. Thanks for the links to Canadian Tire, Jessie, I will look up getting one of those car coolers.
Jessie and Janine - do you think you two may have a parasite??? They are so easy to get, and the symptoms are the same. I hope you two are feeling better.
Very, very busy these days. Just swamped with work, and all of it needing to be done yesterday. I am getting so behind in paperwork. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
