Set up for our craft show at Stoney Creek United, lots of carrying of boxes. Today I found I had more energy to do the job. My legs were not aching as much either (arthritis).
This will be our 5th year with this church , even designing and selling our first custom made items as fundraiser items for them 4 years ago. They're lovely people and we will miss the organizers.
Al's part is the really heavy stuff, which he seems to manage pain free, no backaches etc. He claims it's all the participation in soccer and other sports that have made him so strong. He learned how to bend and lift properly, does make a difference. I think it's his genes too.
Food wise we had a big salad, for supper a wonderful vegetable stir fry that Al makes often. Drank my Crystal light, look forward to popcorn tonite , yogourt and some fresh pineapple too perhaps.
