WEIGHT: 131.5 lbs
FOOD: fresh home-made juice (3 oranges and a grapefruit... crazy good), blueberries (mmmm), 1/2 avocado, dried figs.
MEASUREMENTS (4 weeks raw)
Theighs: were - 24", now - 22",
Waist: was - 29", now - 28"
Hips: were - 39", now - 37.5"
Upper arms: were - 11.5", now - 10.5"
Bust: was 36" , now - 34" (who needs boobs anyway... oh right... babies do...)
Last night I came home from work and I decided to chop off all my hair. So I have short hair again. Nice for the summer. I'm still in the midst of trying to figure out my life. I'm at a strange crossroads where I have the potential of a lot of freedom. I alternatively can opt for the safe route of security (and monotony). So perhaps you could all weigh in and help me figure stuff out.
Option 1 - the safe bet: Find an apartment, stay at my job and save money. Maybe in the fall start touring and making a record with my band. Consider taking a year off starting in January and go back to school for a year to become a holistic nutrition practitioner and continue to make music on the side. Look in to buying a place with Jason and Tan in a year.
Option 2 - the adventure: Sell all of my belongings, leave the country and head to Guatemala for a while and do some travelling in central America. Or go to Europe... who knows. Blow all my cash, land somewhere that feels "right" and release my solo record.
Option 3 - do it all: Find a place to live and keep working, but go travelling a bunch, release my solo record in the fall, make plans with the band, and consider heading back to school in January.
I'm eating raw foods again. As mentioned, it makes me feel pretty grounded and good, so I'm going to stick to it longer. Yesterday I had figs, avocado, a smoothie, cherries, cucumber (a new favourite), brocolli, banana, pineapple. Yesterday I also walked about 18km (3.5 hours) and went out dancing, so I feel like I got a good amount of excersize in. Feeling pretty good at the moment!
