Good day everyone!
Well, I just had a salad for lunch and after this note, I am going to get serious about cleaning up this apartment! haha It needs some serious TLC. I also want to organize my stuff and prepare stuff. This will all hopefully be some good physical activity...but I am doing a great job at procrastinating right now aren't I? haha
Physically, I feel control has been taken away from me with major cramps. I feel tired, and I do know exercise helps alleviate cramps, I find it hard to actually get started. These cramps suck, but hey, it is ok! I am up a few lbs now too....d/t period?
I am listening to Cuban music and it makes me dance! I think I might just do that WHILE cleaning too! hehehe I believe dancing is an incredible workout....and nothing stops these hips when good music is on. haha Throw on your fav CD and boogie baby AND lose weight!
How is everyone doing? No one around the computer cause you are all outside or what?! I hope you do get a chance to enjoy this lovely weather! I already had a wee walk today.
