Another Beautiful Day!

Hi Everyone... well it looks like another gorgeous day! Jess I am reading The Secret as well and try to reflect on it as much as I can. I do find myself at times running old negative thoughts throughout my head almost unconsciously and when I notice I really wonder why the heck I am even bothering to think these things! It's crazy...lol. So I try to round them up and then take a trip into my dreamland where I try to focus on being where I want to be... the visualization thing. Anyhow, it isn't always that easy but as long as I try I figure I can reprogramme myself. Hehe. Glad to hear from you too Birgie and good for you on making conscious choices for yourself yesterday. I think it is best to say yes to some things as long as you don't go overboard on everything you are making progress. Awesome attitude Birgie! I am very proud of you!
