Wow what a week! How do I reward myself? (posted by Angie)
Jessie mentioned the challenge of working shift work which I agree sure can be a challenge in adapting the routine on different body clock from nights to days. The attitude is everything I believe in meeting any challenge... and Jessie girl you have a great one.... thus you have been successful in changing your life so much over the last year to a more healthy and happy one. It is very admirable. Big Hug ((((Jess)))).
We all have different ways of expressing our imaginations with choices that are limitless really. Sometimes I think we don't always see the potential that is in ourselves. It may only take opening our eyes a little wider at what someone else is doing or doing something differently in our routine and succeeding at it, when we find and feel a spark or a calling to change and strive for higher things. The great thing about our family is that we are all very unique in who we are and how we do things, with a common thread throughout the family of love and support for each other. We all want each other to be happy and healthy and the best we can be. I also think that it is important though to express our vulnerabilities as much as it is to share our achievements. I admire Janine in her ability to do this so openly because I have a really hard time doing that myself. If I'm feeling sad or afraid or angry I would prefer no one knows about it and I suppose that has a lot to do with trust. When I read Janine's initial blog it really touched me because she expressed all the feelings I have felt before but was afraid to share and acknowledge. So thank you Janine for trusting enough to open my eyes to a side of myself that is also as present as the "happy Angie" I prefer to show the world. Its a level of comfort and Janine has the inate ability to draw us out of that structure we have built and to see ourselves and each other in a more compassionate and human way with a very honest forthright way that isn't sugar coated. Thanks Janine... Big Hug ((((( Janine )))))
Okay... I really really have to clean... lol... Look forward to hearing more from all of you. :)
Toodles and Love ya all
Angie
