FOOD: Avocado, a banana, a smoothie (strawberry, banana, pineapple, cinnamon, 1tsp honey), fresh juice (carrot, beet, celery, broccoli, ginger), figs.
Our family is embarking on a big three month (and beyond) challenge to loss weight and feel awesome! We've divided the family participants into teams. Which ever team loses the most weight in the next three months is entitled to the prize of full bragging rights and a year supply of Hostess Twinkies. Wish us luck!
