Tips (posted by Jessie)

  • I know that when we lose weight, so much emphasis is put on the external looks and our emotional wellbeing, but one area that we cant forget is our heart! I know just how much work this little muscle does. It is really incredible that it keeps working even through all the abuse. We need to really pay attention to what we eat for this reason too because the last thing we want is to kick the can! To put it lightly! hahha Ang, there is information on kids there too.

  • I wanted to also mention something.....have you all heard about the benefits to having a pear shape as oppose to an apple shape? It is simply because the greatest danger to our health is being apple shape (or having a large abdominal circumference) as the fat is basically throughout your inners, giving less room to the essential organs. Having this fat in the area of our vital organs contributes to many health problems! If not for vanity purposes, we need to be more health conscious for reasons such as saving our lives!
