I am at work on nights this weekend and have made myself some yummy and healthy meals to eat. I have an avocado, apple, cherries, peanuts and a pb&jam sandwhich. I am sure I will not eat much as I have been awake since 7ish this morning and ate during the day. I know I will sleep like a baby tomorrow during the day. This shall be my only challenge throughout this weight loss adventure - my shift work! But, I have to get use to it and adapt a healthy plan to my whacky schedule. I know I am not short of walking exercise at work (they gave us pedometers at work and I walked a ton at work!
Anyhow, not much to contribute right now....I just wanted to stay in the loop. We officially start Monday anyhow, so that is when I will really really get serious - though it is always my daily goal to eat well and get atleast 30 mins of exercise!
